ABOUT CSR'06
|
Managing CSR issues is one of the principal challenges for contemporary business, and it will significantly influence a company's capacity to create value for shareholders and society. For this reason Saga Business & Community has chosen "Investing in the future" as the statement for CSR'06 - The First International CSR Conference in Romania.
This two-days event has as main target to make the civil society, governmental bodies, and the private sector aware about the strategic instruments CSR offers to improve the own organizations, employees, shareholders, as well as the world outside.
Companies that successfully integrate CSR within all areas of their business stand to gain financial and social benefits through the identification of new business opportunities, the strengthening of their brands and corporate reputation, the attraction and the retention of top employees, and recognition as trusted partner. Successful CSR integration also creates a climate that can enhance public acceptance and support.
